Details
Operation Process :
1) Customer call to enquire about room rate(refer to rooms rate below) and availability.
2) Inform about the availability by referring to Google calendar
3) Request photocopy / email of passport or NRIC.
4) Email Reservation Invoice No to customer.
5) Request payment of FULL RENTAL PRICE + DEPOSIT RM100 for each room ; RM350 for whole house by bank account transfer/Credit Card.
6) Email / Print Receipt.
7) Reserve Room/House in Google calendar(Only for deposit paid customer) , Format refer to below :
8) 30% of full room rental fee will be forfeited upon cancellation
9) Check In time : 2pm
10) Housekeeping
11) Check Out time : 12pm
12) Check any defects in the room
13) Return deposit by Internet Transfer.
